Bang Bang Cauliflower
Gluten-free - made with oats & rice flour
and Airfried

Bang bang cauliflower is a super delicious vegetarian snack, appetizer, or side dish, its spicy, sweet and incredibly easy to make. Its bite-sized pieces of cauliflower breaded and fried/baked until golden and then tossed in a homemade bang bang sauce.

Bang bang sauce is a condiment served alongside Asian street foods & is used to dip/drizzle over fried foods.

The cauliflower is crispy on the outside, tender in the center, coated in sweet and tangy homemade bang bang sauce.

I have used oats & rice flour for the batter for healthier, gluten-free version. You can also used all purpose flour & cornflour.
I have air-fried the cauliflowers for healthier version, but you can also fry it.

Bang Bang Cauliflower
Ingredients :
Cauliflower - 1
Batter :
Rice flour - 1/4th cup
Oats flour - 1/4th cup
Garlic powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water for medium thick consistency batter
Panko bread crumbs/Crushed cornflakes/

For Air fryer : Air fry for 12-15 mins @200*C
For oven : Bake for 30-35 mins @200*C

Homemade Bang Bang Sauce :
Mayonnaise - 1/4th cup
Sriracha /chilli sauce -2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup/Honey - 2 tbsp
Spring onion greens
Sesame seeds

Garnish:
Sriracha sauce
Spring onion greens
Sesame seeds
