Place fish pieces on a plate. Add coriander leaves-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mixed masala and mix well. 2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. 3. Spread semolina on a plate and coat marinated fish pieces. 4. Place the marinated fish pieces in hot oil and shallow-fry from both sides till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5.
