Banoffee Pie

Ingredients for Crust:
Digestive biscuits 2 cups
NESTL MILKPAK Unsalted Dairy Butter (melted) 1 cup

Ingredients for Banoffee Pie:
NESTL MILKPAK Unsalted Dairy Butter 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
Bananas (sliced) as required
NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream 2 packs
Cocoa powder (for sprinkle)

Directions for Crust Preparation:
1. In a grinder add biscuits and grind them well. Add butter and grind it again. Add the mixture to the pie mold and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins.
Directions for Banoffee Pie Preparation:
2. In a pan heat butter and add brown sugar. Cook until the sugar melts. Add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook until color changes and desired consistency has reached. Let it cool at room temperature.
3. Pour this mixture on the crust and refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
4. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
5. Top the pie with bananas, whipped cream, cocoa powder.
6. Your Banoffee Pie is ready.
