Barbecue Chicken Wings | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Crispy Chicken Wings - baked not fried these classic chicken wings are crispy, tender and smothered in a sweet spicy Honey BBQ sauce

BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

¼ cup barbeque sauce
8 chicken wings, tips removed
1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2 tablespoons refined flour
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Chopped spring onion greens for garnishing

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
2. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and flour and mix well.
3. Deep-fry marinated chicken in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add barbecue sauce and mix. Add fried chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute.
5. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
