Red chilli powder1 Onion, finely chopped3 Tomatoes, roughly chopped3 Potatoes, diced½ cup Green peasSalt to taste2 pieces of Jaggery (optional)1-1½ cup waterMethod:-1. In a pressure cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chilli, coriander leaves, coriander-cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir on a low flame.2. Add onion and cook until it softens a bit and add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.3. Now add potatoes, green peas, salt, jaggery, water and pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 3 on low.4.
