Yet another unique and must-try Chicken Biryani Recipe. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion @Mehran Foods Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/33va5vXVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Bawarchi Style BiryaniServes 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 6-7 cloves -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece-Lemon juice 3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup-Water as required-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Javitri (Mace) blades 2-3-Jaifil (Nutmeg) piece-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Hari elaichi (Green Cardamom) 4-5-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Laung (Cloves) 5-6-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp-Ajwain (Carom seeds) tsp-Chicken mix boti 750g-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 & tbs -Chawal (Rice) sella 500g (soaked for 30 minutes) -Cooking oil Cup-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup-Kewra water 1 tbs-Biryani masala 1 & tbs-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) fried 2-3 tbs -Aalo bukhara (Dried plum) 5-6-Boiled rice-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tspDirections:-In a chopper,add tomatoes,green chillies,garlic,ginger,lemon juice and fried onion,chop well & set aside.-In pot,add water and heat it.-Add star anise,mace,nutmeg,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,green cardamom,cloves,cumin seeds, fennel seeds,coriander seeds,carom seeds & mix well.-Add chicken and mix well,bring it to boil & cook for 5-6 minutes.-Take out chicken pieces for later use.-Now take out all spices from stock & discard it.-In stock,add vinegar,salt and mix well.-Add rice and boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,ground paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt,cumin seeds and cardamom powder,mix well and cook for a minute then cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add reserved chicken & mix well.-Add mint leaves,fresh coriander & mix well.-Add yogurt & mix well.-Add kewra water,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.-Add biriyani masala & mix well.-Add mint leaves,fresh coriander,fried onion,dried plums,boiled rice & sprinkle orange food color on top, cover & steam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.-Serve with salad & raita.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Chopper mein tamatar,hari mirch,lehsan,adrak,lemon juice aur fried pyaz dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein pani dal ker garam karein.-Badiyan ka phool,javitri,jaifil,darchini,badi elaichi,hari elaichi,laung,zeera,saunf,sabut dhania aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chikcen dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chicken pieces ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.-Yakhni mein sa tamam spices ko strain ker ka discard ker dein.-Yakhni mein sirka aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chawal dal ker 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ak side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Dhania powder,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,namak,zeera aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein phir dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Reserved chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.-Kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.-Biryani masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Podina,hara dhaia,fried pyaz,aalo bukhara,boiled chawal aur zarda ka rang dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Salad & raita ka saath serve karein.
