Polenta is a form of porridge that is made from flint corn. Polenta can be served creamy, or cooled and cut into bars. Chives, parsley, thyme and sage are all wonderful options.Bring milk, water and butter to a boil, then add polenta, stir, bring to simmer and partially cover pot with a lid for about 30 minutes.
