Ingredients:2 Brinjals sliced1 tbsp Rice flour1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1/4 tsp Turmeric1/2 tsp Coriander powderSalt to taste1 tsp Lime juice3 tbsp Mustard oilMethod: Slice Brinjals into thick round discs, immerse in water and keep aside. Prepare Masala paste by mixing together Rice flour, Red Chilli powder, Garam masala, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Salt and Lime juice.
