In a pan heat ghee and add semolina. Roast for 2-3 mins or until fragrant.2. Now add milk and cook until it starts to thicken and the milk dries. Turn off flame and cover and rest for 20 mins at room temperature.3. In a bowl add this semolina mixture, cardamom powder, baking soda, milk powder and mix it well.4.
