In a blender add gram flour, chilies, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, oil, and water and blend it into fine batter.2. Heat a nonstick pan, pour half cup of batter on it and spread evenly in circular motion, cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden. Fold it into 3 folds gently to make a roll like shape. Take it off the flame.3. Cut the altay platay in diamond shapes and set aside.4. For gravy heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves and sauté for a minute. Now add onion paste and mix. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook until it starts to leave oil.5. Now, add salt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add yogurt and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium low flame. Add water as required. 6. Lastly add diamond shaped altay paltay in this gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes, mixing gently.7.
