Because all you need to make it is just 3 ingredients. Yes, I'm sharing this secret recipe of tasty 'besan ke laddu' today that can be made with 3 basic ingredients. Besan ke laddu is a traditional sweet dish which can be also enjoyed as comfort food. It also gives you that homely feeling when you eat it. This is more of a family recipe which my grandmother and mother used to make at home. Enjoy this soft and full of ghee laddus!

Ingredients:
Besan
Sugar
Ghee
Cardamom (optional)
Method:
Heat ½ cup ghee,
Add 1 cup besan,
Stir it well for 10 minutes, Cool it down,
Mix 1 cup sugar,
Mix it well,
Apply ghee in your hand and make it into laddus
