In a parat, add whole wheat flour, besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, green chillies, salt, and sufficient water. Knead to soft dough and add oil, knead again.2. Cover with a damp muslin cloth, set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls, dust a little flour on the worktop and flatten a portion of the ball, roll it into a thin roti.4.
