Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkApp1/2 cup besan 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup/Tomato Puree pinch pepper1 small chopped tomato 1 small onion sliced into thin roundels 2 tablespoons coriander chopped2 teaspoons oil to cookMethod of PreparationStep 1 Mix all the ingredients except onion and oil, in a bowl. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water to make a thick batter.Step 2 Heat oil in a non stick pan. Arrange the onion slices at the bottom of the pan, in a single layer. Allow this to cook for 30 seconds on a medium flame.Step 3 Pour prepared batter over the arranged onion slices. Cover and allow to cook for 6-7 mins on a low flame.Step 4 Carefully flip over and cook the other side for 2 minutes with the pan open.Step 5 Cut into wedges and pack.Step 6 Ketchup enhances the tomato flavour in the besan omelette.
