Give try to this perfect besan wali fish (fish fry) recipe and share your feedback with us.#FishFry #BesanWaliFish #FishIngredients for marination: Fish fillets (Rohu) 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Carom seeds 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp Ingredients for batter:Gram flour 1 cup Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste or 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Carom seeds 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Water as required Oil for fryingDirections: In a bowl mix ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, carom seeds, chaat masala, vinegar and marinate your fish fillets in it for 2 to 3 hours. For batter in a bowl mix gram flour, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, chaat masala and water to make a fine paste. Pour this batter on your marinated fish and marinate it again for 15 minutes at least. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your fish fillets on medium low flame until golden brown for about 10 to 12 minutes. Delicious besan wali fish is ready to eat.
