Ingredients

• 1 bowl of sprouted moong (green gram)
• Oil
• 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
• 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
• 2 green chillies finely chopped
• 1 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
• 6-8 curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Few drops of lemon juice
• Sev and coriander for garnish
• 7-8 canapes
