I had Chongqings best noodles with my wife the other day. Wan za mian is made of sticky peas and zajiang sauce . Classic Chongqing xiao mian is a breakfast staple here, full of spicy ma la flavor. Cheap, filling and satisfying. Both are must tries when you come to China !
