Better Than Zuppa (Not Really) Toscana Soup Recipe - Glen And Friends CookingToday Glen cooks one of those recipes that borrows a place name - Toscana - but doesn't really have anything to do with the cuisine of Tuscany or Tuscan recipes. Zuppa Toscana is pretty much a creation of Olive Garden at their corporate kitchens or marketing department in Orlando Florida. This copycat Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana borrows from the Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana recipe and mashes it up with slightly more authentic Tuscan soup.
