A better way to make Ikokore

Ingredients
1 pound beef (cut into cubes)
1/2 pound ponmo (cut into cubes)
2 1/2 pound water yam
1 cup blended mix of bell peppers and 1-2 rodo
1 cup large crayfish
2 dried fish
1 grilled mackerel fish
2 tbsp ground crayfish
2 tbsp locust bean
6 tbsp palm oil
3 teaspoon bouillon powder (divided)
Salt to taste
Parsley for garnish(Optional)
