1 large red bell pepper and 1 habanero pepper (roughly blended)
4 Tbsp Locust bean
1 lb shrimps
1 Dry Fish (large)
3 Tbsp crayfish
4 to 5 cups water
1 grilled Mackerel fish (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup Palm oil
Seasoning powder/salt to taste
Handful of baby spinach
