Spread the love! :)Ingredients:For Mixed dough:1/2 cup maida (Refined Flour)1/2 cup Besan (Gram Flour)2 tbsp OilSalt to tasteWater as per requirement1 bowl dried coconut, roasted & crushed1 tsp Sesame Seeds1 tsp Coriander Seeds1 tsp Red Chili PowderFew coriander leaves, choppedSalt to tasteOilMethod:To make the filling:Add the dried coconut, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, coriander leaves & salt in a big bowl and mix it well and keep it aside.Take the dough and scoop out small balls.Roll the balls out flat using a rolling pin and make it like a chappati.Add some oil on the flat chappati and add some of the coconut masala and spread it well.Roll the chappati into a cylindrical shape.Then, using a knife, cut the dough into small cubes.Deep Fry the cubes in oilOnce they go brown, strain the bhakarwadi's and place them in a plate with a tissue to drain out the oilServe with tea!
