BHARWA BAINGAN:
COOKING:
Vegetables: Purple brinjal, potato, cucumber, green chilly fat, coriander leaves
Spices: salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds
Wash: wash all vegetables and keep aside
Peel: Peel potato skin, peel cucumber skin
Chop: onions finely, cucumber finely
Stuffing1: Mix chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves with salt, keep aside
Stuffing2:
Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, add besan flour saute, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder saute.
Bharwa aloo and Brinjal:
1. Slit the potato and brinjal vertically and stuff it with Stuffing2, keep aside
2. Heat oil in big vessel, add stuffed potato stir, fry, add stuffed brinjal, mix and fry.
3. Add water to cook, close the lid
Smokey Bharwa mirchi:
1. Slit the chilly vertically, remove seeds.
2. Stuff the chilly with Stuffing1, keep aside
3. Roast them directly on fire.
