Check out chef Ruchi Bharani's take on this very popular Indian bread recipe.Ingredients: 1 cup plain flour1/2 tsp baking powdersalt to taste1 1/2 tbsp oil1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup curdoil for fryingMethod:- In a bowl, add the plain flour and the wheat flour and make a well in the centre. - Add the curd, baking powder, salt to taste and oil and mix all the ingredients well to make the dough. Add water as and when required. - Knead the dough well. Once the dough stops sticking to your hands, that means it's ready. - Once the dough is done, apply little oil on it, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes. - After 30 minutes, make small balls of this dough. - Apply little oil on the board and some on the rolling pin. Roll the small dough balls and make them around 2 mm thick. - Fry them in hot oil on a high flame. - The bhatura is ready to be served.
