Try both these recipes and let us know which one your prefer.0:00 Intro0:07 Bhindi Do Pyaza1:32 Mooli Aur Patte ki SabjiBHINDI DO PYAAZAIngredients:300 grams lady-fingers, slit2 medium onions, sliced10-12 shallots (madras onion)½ cup fried onion3 tbsps oil + for deep frying1 tsp cumin seeds1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 medium tomato, choppedSalt to taste4 tbsps yogurt1 tbsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder1½ tsps red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp chaat masala¼ tsp green cardamom powder2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves1 inch ginger, cut into stripsCoriander sprig for garnishMethod:1. Heat oil in non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let the colour change. Add coriander seeds, sliced onions, and sauté till golden brown.2. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute. Add tomato, salt and mix well. Cover and cook till tomato is pulpy.3. Addyogurt, mix well. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, green cardamom powder, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Add chopped coriander leaves, ginger strips, shallots, fried onion and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat and set aside.5. Heat sufficient oil in another non-stick pan, deep fry the lady-fingers till crisp.6. Place the prepared mixture back on heat, add the deep fried lady-fingers and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.7. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.MOOLI AUR PATTE KI SUBZIIngredients:8-10 radishes with leaves(mooli), chopped4 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seedsA pinch of asafoetida3 green chillies, chopped2 spring onion, choppedSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder4 tbsps gram flourMethod:1. Heatoil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, let the seeds splutter. Add asafoetida and green chillies, mix well.2. Add spring onion, radish leaves, and mix well. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes, sautéing constantly. 3. Add radish and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. 4. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add gram flour and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or till the radishes are cooked completely.5.
