Here's a fun and tasty way to make it!BHUGHA CHAWARIngredients1½ cups rice, soaked 2 tablespoons ghee6-8 cloves4-5 green cardamoms1 teaspoon cumin seeds½ inch cinnamon stick2 bay leaves2 medium onions, chopped½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 medium tomato, choppedSalt to tasteFresh coriander sprigs for garnishMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cloves, green cardamom, cumin seeds, cinnamon and bay leaves and sauté for a few seconds.2. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.3. Add tomato, mix well and cook for two to three minutes.4. Drain and add soaked rice, mix well. Add three cups water and salt, cover and cook for five to ten minutes or till the rice is done.5.
