Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till golden. 2. Add green chillies, ginger and asafoetida and mix well. Add little water and mix well.3. Add garam masala powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add little water, mix and cook till the oil separates.4. Add brinjal, potatoes and green peas and mix well.
