In a pot add oil, beef mince, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, onion, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, water and cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Now cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low flame. 3. Take off lid and cook until water dries out. Add ghee, garam masala powder and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.4. Add yogurt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.5. Garnish it with green chilies, coriander, ginger and your bhuna keema is ready.Directions for Tandoori Aloo Preparation:6. In a pot heat water and boil the potatoes until half done. Set aside and let them cool at room temperature.7. Transfer the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, red food color, Oil, Turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchoor powder, carom seeds and marinate them.8. Give them coal smoke for 1 minute and marinate for 1 hour.9. Now in a pan heat oil and add marinated potatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes.10.
