Ingredients for Bhuna Keema:
Oil 2 tbsp
Beef mince 800 g
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies lit as required
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Ginger (julienne) as required
ghee 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Tandoori Aloo:
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Water (for boiling) as required
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red food color a pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
Green coriander (chopped) as required

Directions for Bhuna Keema Preparation:
1. In a pot add oil, beef mince, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, onion, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Now cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low flame.
3. Take off lid and cook until water dries out. Add ghee, garam masala powder and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
4. Add yogurt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Garnish it with green chilies, coriander, ginger and your bhuna keema is ready.
Directions for Tandoori Aloo Preparation:
6. In a pot heat water and boil the potatoes until half done. Set aside and let them cool at room temperature.
7. Transfer the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, red food color, Oil, Turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchoor powder, carom seeds and marinate them.
8. Give them coal smoke for 1 minute and marinate for 1 hour.
9. Now in a pan heat oil and add marinated potatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
10. Sprinkle green coriander on top and serve with Bhuna keema and roti.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 30-40 mins
Serving: 3-4
