Bhunna Tourai Qeema a new recipe addition to your everyday cooking. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi #everydaycooking Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Lz4JXeServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 bunch-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3-4-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Water 1-2 tbs-Touri (Ridge gourd) 500g-Cooking oil 5-6 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium-Tamatar (Tomatoes) finely chopped 2 large -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Water 1/3 Cup or as required -Beef qeema (Mince) 400g-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a mortal & pestle,add garlic,ginger,green chillies,fresh coriander,button red chillies,cumin seeds, water,crush coarsely & set aside.-Peel ridge gourd,cut into thin slices & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.-Add tomatoes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add coarsely crushed hara masala,salt,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder & mix well.-Add water,mix well & cook on medium until oil separates (2-3 minutes). -Add beef mince,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.-Add sliced ridge gourd & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes (mix in between) then cook on high flame until it dries up. -Add lemon juice & mix well.-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 bunch-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3-4-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Water 1-2 tbs-Touri (Ridge gourd) 500g-Cooking oil 5-6 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium-Tamatar (Tomatoes) finely chopped 2 large -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Water 1/3 Cup or as required -Beef qeema (Mince) 400g-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Mortal & pestle mein lehsan,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania,sabut lal mirch,zeera aur pani dal ker coarsely crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Touri ko peel ker ka thin slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Coarsely crushed hara masala,namak,sabut dhania,haldi powder,kashmiri lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.-Sliced touri dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
