Bhutte ka Soup Recipe | How to make Sweet Corn Soup | Kunal Kapur Recipes | Soup | Healthy Soup Recipe - Blended corn soup spiced with curry powder & curry leaves, giving a smooth silken corn soup.

Shorba or Chorba is derived from the Arabic Word Shurbah, meaning ‘soup’. Bhutte ka Shorba is a part of traditional Mughlai cuisine. It is a twist to the sweet corn soup and tastes much better than the original one.

Cooking time - 15mins

Ingredients
Sweet corn kernels (boiled) - 2 cups
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Bayleaf - 1 no
Onions chopped -¼ cup
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Garlic chopped - 2 tsp
Green chilly - 1 no
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Turmeric -½ tsp
Curry powder - 2 tsp
Flour (all-purpose) - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - a pinch
Water - 4 cups
Spring onions chopped - for garnishing
Popcorns - for garnish & as an accompaniment
