Bhutte Ka Khees

Serves - 4

Ingredients:

Ghee - 4tbsp
Heeng (asafoetida) - ½ tsp
Mustard seeds - 2tsp
Cumin - 2tsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 no
Curry leaves chopped - a handful (optional) 
Turmeric - ½ tsp 
Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Corn Niblets - 4cups 
Sugar (optional) - a pinch
Milk/water - 1½ cups
Lemon - ½ no 
Coconut grated - a handful
Coriander chopped - a handful
