I wanted to see what it would be like to eat a Big Mac for breakfast and this is what I came up with. It is one heck and hell of a breakfast at the same time but it is oh so freaking gloriously incredible. You will marvel at the magnificent creation we hath doneith!

In this video you will learn how to create the Big Mac, the Egg McMuffin all at the same time while learning how to make the two into one sexified love child.

Big Egg McMuffin

Ingredients

Potato
Salt
Egg
Ground Beef
Canadian Bacon
Dehydrated Onions
Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Lettuce
Cheese
English Muffin

- Shred potatoes and soak with salt. Drain and squeeze liquid out. In a pan oil a mason jar lid on both sides. Press potato shreds into mason jar ring, fry, flip, and sprinkle with salt. Remove ring. In a bowl pour dried onions and add hot water to rehydrate. To make the sauce mix mayo, mustard, and ketchup (1:1:2). Flatten ground beef and use a bowl to cut meat into patty shape (using parchment paper makes the removal easy). Fry in pan, pressing down to keep thin. Fry Canadian bacon, and toast english muffin. Spread sauce on one muffin, then shredded lettuce, cheese, patty, egg, Canadian bacon, potato, sauce, dehydrated onion, shredded lettuce, cheese, patty, egg, Canadian bacon, and finally the muffin! Enjoy this super breakfast sandwich.
