I will be sampling heritage foods with innovative twists like Good Grace's fried laksa Goreng and Rumah Makan Minang's Padang Burrito. Contemporary offerings from Blue Smoke like their Smoked and Grilled Stingray Steak. Sustainable Soy Based Wine from Sachi as well as, homemade family-recipe desserts from Yat Ka Yan. It doesn't end at the festival village, there are also workshops around Singapore like Munchi Pancake's Min Jiang Kueh workshop I tried out!Singapore food scene is more than just a meal it's an experience.
