Soft, juicy and flavorful Bihari Boti Roll made easy in an air fryer! #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #Airfryer Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3lvIZBERecipe in English:Ingredients:-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 & tbs-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb pepper) tsp-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-13-Chanay (Roasted gram) 2 tbs-Boneless beef undercut (cubes) 400g-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed Cup-Kala namak (Black salt) tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 3 tbsAssembling:-Paratha-Mayonnaise-Pyaz (Onion) rings-Green chutney-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a spice mixer,add poppy seeds,cubeb pepper,black peppercorns & grind well.-Add roasted gram,grind well & set aside.-In a bowl,add beef,raw papaya paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.-Add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,yogurt,fried onion,black salt,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,salt,cumin powder,ground mixture,mustard oil,mix well,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.-In an air fryer basket,place crumble butter paper,grease with non-stick spray & add marinated beef.-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes then turn sides & continue air frying for 15-20 minutes or until tender.Assembling:-On a paratha,add & spread mayonnaise,prepared bihari boti,onion rings,green chutney,fresh coriander,roll out paratha & wrap in butter paper (makes 4). -Serve Bihari boti roll with green chutney!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 & tbs-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb pepper) tsp-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-13-Chanay (Roasted gram) 2 tbs-Boneless beef undercut (cubes) 400g-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed Cup-Kala namak (Black salt) tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 3 tbsAssembling:-Paratha-Mayonnaise-Pyaz (Onion) rings-Green chutney-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Spice mixer mein khashkhash,kabab cheeni aur sabut kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.-Chanay dal ker ache tarhan grind karein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein beef & kacha papita dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.-Hari mirch paste,adrak lehsan paste,dahi,fried pyaz,kala namak,lal mirch crushed,garam masala powder,namak,zeera,ground mixture aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.-Air fryer basket mein crumble butter paper rakh ker non-stick spray karein aur marinated beef dal dein.-Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein sides ko turn karein aur 15-20 minutes ya gul janay tak kliya mazeed air fry ker lein.Assembling:-Paratha per mayonnaise dal ker pheela lein,tayyar bihari boti,pyaz rings,hari chutney aur hara dhania ko roll karein aur butter paper mein wrap ker lein (makes 4).-Bihari boti roll ko hari chutney ka saath serve karein!
