Make the most tempting Bihari qeema box paratha with this simple step by step recipe. #happycookingtoyou #FoodFusion #LifebuoyPakistan #Superfasthandwash #Paratha #BihariQeemaWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/46Hb9w7Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tbs-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Rolled dough-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs-Water 3-4 tbs or as required -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs Directions:-In a grinder,add poppy seeds & grind well.-Add yogurt,fried onion,grind to make a paste & set aside.-In a bowl,add beef mince,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds, salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,ground paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 35-40 minutes.-In a wok,add mustard oil & heat it.-Add onion & fry for 1-2 minutes. -Add marinated beef & mix well until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add green chillies,ginger,fresh coriander & mix well.-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.-Take dough ball (250g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out into thin rectangle shape with the help of rolling pin.-Trim edges & cut into two 5x15 inch strips.-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!-Take two sheets,apply flour slurry on the center,place one sheet horizontally & place second sheet vertically over first one,it will make plus (+) sign.-Add prepared bihari qeema filling in the center & fold one side so that it covers the filling.-Apply prepared flour slurry & fold all sides to make a square box,press & spread gently. -On heated griddle,add clarified butter,let it melt & fry on low flame from all sides until golden brown (makes 6).-Cut into pieces & serve with raita!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tbs-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Rolled dough-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs-Water 3-4 tbs or as required -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs Directions:-Grinder mein khashkhash dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.-Dahi aur fried pyaz dal dein aur grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein beef qeema.kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,namak,lal mirch powder,zeera aur ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 35-40 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Karahi mein sarson ka tel dal ker garam karein.-Pyaz dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.-Marinated beef dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hari mirchein,adrak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-2 minutes kliya koyal ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.-Dough ball (250g) la ker atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa thin rectangle shape mein bail lein.-Edges ko trim ker lein aur two 5x15 inch strips mein cut ker lein.-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.-Do sheets lein aur bech mein flour slurry laga dein,ek sheet horizontally & dosri vertically ho ta ka (+) ka sign bun jaye.-Tayyar bihari qeema filling ko center mein dal dein aur ek side ko fold ker lein.-Flour slurry laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ka square box bana lein aur gently press ker ka pheela lein.-Garam tawa per ghee dal ker melt ker lein aur halki ancch per tamam side sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 6).-Pieces mein cut ker lein & raita ka saath serve karein!
