Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chillies in a wok, and roast them 2. Now, add fennel seeds to the wok; roast it and add it to a grinder 3. Add star anise, nut meg, black cardamoms, mace, cloves, black pepper corns, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick to the wok, and roast it on a very low flame4. Turn off the flame, and add these spices to the grinding bowl along with other ingredients5. Let the spices cool down completely, and then, grind it 6. Once grounded, take it out in a bowl, and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cloves, green cardamoms, dried plums from the top, and mix it well 7.
