Biscuit Cake | How To Make Biscuit Cake Without Oven/Cooker | Eggless Cake Recipes | Kanak's Kitchen

Ingredients:
2 packet Parle G Biscuits
1 packet Hide & Seek Biscuits
1 cup powdered sugar or as per sweetness
1/4 cup milk powder/ 4 tbsp
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk or little more to adjust
1/2 cup oil (Regular cooking oil, I used sunflower oil)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Some mixed nuts

OVEN-Preheat the oven at 180 dc & bake the cake at 180 dc for 35-40 mins.

COOKER-Preheat the cooker with the lid at medium flame for 5-8 mins without whistle & cook for 40-45 mins on low over a stand inside it.
