Biscuit corn sev puri is a spicy, sweet, tangy chaat snack from and one of the favorite chaat recipe worth giving a try.BISCUIT CORN SEV PURIIngredients12 cream cracker biscuits½ cup corn kernels, boiled2 large potatoes, boiled and cut into ½ inch pieces½ teaspoon red chilli powderSalt to taste1 medium onion, finely choppedChaat masala for sprinkling8 teaspoons green chutney 12 teaspoons sweet date tamarind chutney3 teaspoons red garlic chutneyFine sev as requiredFinely chopped fresh coriander leaves as required1 small raw mango, peeled and finely choppedMethod1. Mix together potatoes, corn kernels, chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mash the potato pieces.2. Arrange biscuits on the worktop.3. Divide the potato mixture into equal portions. 4. To prepare one puri, put one portion of potato mixture, some onion and sprinkle some chaat masala on top. Put ½ teaspoon green chutney, 1 teaspoon sweet date tamarind chutney and ¼ teaspoon red garlic chutney on top.5. Put some sev, coriander leaves and some raw mango and serve immediately.
