Ingredients:
Rice Flour: 1 Cup
Eggs: 2 No's
Onion: 1 No
Green Chilies: 4 No's
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt: 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: 1/4 cup finely chopped
Water: as required
Oil: as required

Method of Preparation:

Add 1 Cup of Rice Flour to a mixing bowl.
Take 2 Eggs, add them to a mixing bowl beat them well with a pinch of Salt, place aside.
To a Mixie jar add 1 diced Onion, 4 Green Chilies, 1/2 a Tsp of Cumin Seeds, and 1/4 Cup of Coriander Leaves.
Add some water if required, and grind it into a fine paste.
Add this mixture to the Rice flour along with some water without lumps.
Add the egg mixture as well, mix them all together, the batter should be in a thin consistency.
Heat a Non-Stick pan with some oil, pour the batter onto the pan.
Add some Oil, if wish to. Place a lid and let cook for 2 to 3 Minutes.
Lower the flame and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
If desire to have the Dosa crisp cook it for some more time on low flame.
Serve hot with or without chutney, yummy and tasty Rice Flou Egg Dosa.
