Place a lid and let cook for 2 to 3 Minutes.Lower the flame and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.If desire to have the Dosa crisp cook it for some more time on low flame.Serve hot with or without chutney, yummy and tasty Rice Flou Egg Dosa.
