Black Forest Cake. A chocolate sponge cake soaked with simple syrup, filled and frosted with light sweetened whipped cream along with some juicy cherries and rich, dark chocolate shavings. Ingredients for cake:-
Milk -3/4 cup
condensed milk - 1/2 cup
oil- 1/4 cup
vinegar / lemon juice - 1 tsp
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
plain flour - 1 cup
coffee -1/2 tsp
cocoa powder - 1/4 cup (4 tbsps)
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
chopped cherries - 2-3 tbsps
chocochip - 1 tbsp
whipping cream - 1/2 cup (chilled)

For Sugar syrup :-
Water -1/4 cup
sugar - 2 tbsps
