BLOODY MARY SORBET Ingredients1 inch celery stick, cut into pieces1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 cup fresh tomato puree½ tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon celery saltMethod1. Blend together the celery sticks with garlic.2. Add tomato puree, lemon juice, sugar and celery salt and blend to a smooth mixture.3. Strain and pour into an ice tray. Freeze till set.4.
