Bloody Mary Sorbet | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Bloody mary mixture frozen and served as a sorbet.Looking out to quench your thirst.

BLOODY MARY SORBET

Ingredients

1 inch celery stick, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup fresh tomato puree
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon celery salt

Method

1. Blend together the celery sticks with garlic.
2. Add tomato puree, lemon juice, sugar and celery salt and blend to a smooth mixture.
3. Strain and pour into an ice tray. Freeze till set.
4. Blend the frozen sorbet cubes again till slushy.
5. Make into quennels and serve immediately.
