Blueberry Avocado Smoothie | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

Serves two
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 avocado
1 cup chopped mango
2 medium kiwis, roughly chopped
½ cup pineapple juice
Ice cubes as required
½ cup coconut milk
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together avocado flesh, mango, kiwi, pineapple juice and some ice cubes to make a smooth mixture.
2. Pour avocado mixture into individual glasses filling ¾ of it.
3. Blend together coconut milk, blueberries and some ice cubes to make a smooth mixture and pour on top of avocado mixture filling the glasses.
4. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
