Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Would you love to have blueberry and golden crumbly biscuits frozen? Yes, then a yummy, creamy ice-cream is what you must make.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM

Ingredients

Blueberry compote as required
1 cups cream cheese
cup condensed milk
2 cups whipped cream
8-10 digestive biscuits

Method

1. Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add condensed milk and beat till light and fluffy.
2. Add whipped cream and mix with light hands.
3. Transfer the biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush coarsely.
4. Take an airtight container. Add a portion of the cream cheese mixture and add a portion of blueberry compote, a portion of biscuit crumbs and swirl to create marble effect.
5. Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up.
6. Close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours.
7. Scoop and serve chilled.
