Indulge on !BLUEBERRY TART - (Serves - 4)Ingredients2 cups fresh blueberriesShort crust pastry as required1 cup sour cream¾ cup sugar1 egg2 teaspoons vanilla essence2 tablespoons refined flour¼ teaspoon saltMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.2. Spread the short crust in a rectangle tart mould, discard the excess dough and dork the crust. Place a butter paper on it, fill with beans and blind bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.3. Whisk together sour cream, sugar, egg, vanilla essence, flour and salt in a bowl till smooth.4. Remove the baked tart shell from oven and discard the butter paper and beans. Put it on a baking tray and fill with the prepared sour cream-blueberry mixture. 5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.6. Serve.
