I am here to protect traditions and if a tradition is not respected we need to react and act. It is my turn to receive criticism for what I made. Bolognese Sauce (Known in Italy as Ragu' alla Bolognese) is from the city of Bologna. It is traditional from Bologna and it is not made everywhere in Italy.
