Bourekakia with minced meat - Greek Cooking by Katerina

Ingredients: 1/2 kg minced meat (veal), 1 chopped red onion, 1 big clove of garlic, 30ml red wine (optional), 1 cup tomato passata, salt and pepper, 1/2 kg phyllo pastry (thin phyllo, ), 4 spoons grated hard cheese (kefalotyri or kefalograviera), 3-4 spoons bread crumbs ( ), 1egg, water, olive oil.
