Bakra Eid Special Brain Do Pyaza recipe for you. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #MehranFoods Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3zengzlVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Brain do Pyaza00:15 Preparation & cleaning 01:22 Masala preparation04:32 Aray waahServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Water as required-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Sirka (Vinegar) 4 tbs-Maghaz (Beef brain) washed 2 -Cooking oil Cup-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 4-5-Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1 -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3 medium-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked Cup-Water Cup or as required -Water 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 3-4-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp-Pyaz (Onion) rings 3 medium-Lemon juice 1 tsp-Hari mirch (Green chilies) sliced 1-2 -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful-Hari mirch (Green chilies) sliced -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a wok,add water,turmeric powder,vinegar,mix well & bring it to boil.-Add beef brains,cover & boil on medium flame for 10-12 minutes (5-6 minutes each side).-Take out from wok & gently devein with the help of hands then cut in pieces & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,black peppercorns,cloves,bay leaf & mix well.-Add onion & fry until light golden.-Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste & mix well.-Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder, garam masala powder,green chilli,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.-Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates. -Add water and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes). -Add cooked brain & mix gently.-Add water and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.-In frying pan,add cooking oil,dried red chillies,coriander seeds & mix well.-Add onion & fry until onions are translucent & soft (3-4 minutes).-In a wok,add onions & mix gently.-Add lemon juice,green chillies,ginger & fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Garish with green chilli,ginger,fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Karahi mein pani,haldi powder aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.-Beef maghaz dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya boil ker lein (5-6 minutes each side).-Karahi sa nikal lein aur haath ki madad sa devein ker lein phir pieces mein cut karein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil,sabut kali mirch,laung aur tez patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein-Tamatar aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Lal mirch powder,haldi powder,namak,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,garam masala powder aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.-Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Cooked maghaz dal ker gently mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.-Frying pan mein cooking oil,sukhi lal mirch aur sabut dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pyaz dal dein aur pyaz ko translucent & soft hunay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes).-Karahi mein pyaz dal ker gently mix ker lein.-Lemon juice,hari mirchein,adrak aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.-Hari mirch,adrak aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
