A special Bakra Eid Recipe.Brain Masala Recipe Brain boiling:Water as needed3-4 Garlic cloves4-5 Black pepperTurmeric a pinchMasala ingredients:3-4 tbsp Oil1 medium Onion (finely chopped)1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste1 large Tomato (chopped)1 tsp Red chili flakesSalt as per taste tsp Turmeric1 tsp Coriander powder tsp Garam masala3-4 tbsp Yogurt2-3 Green chiliesCoriander leavesGinger to garnishDirection: (Banane ka tarika)Add water in a pan, add turmeric, garlic cloves and black pepper, let it boil for 5-6 minutes.Skin the foam.Take out the boiled brain and clean it properly.Masala Preparation:Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softer. Add all spices, mix well. Add water and cook for 2 minutes.Add yogurt & mix it well, cook for 2 minutes. Add brain and mix well with the masala.Now add garam masala, green chilies and mix well.Add oil about 1-2 tbsp at the end and mix well.Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger.Serve with Naan or Khameeri Roti.
