Brain Masala Recipe

Brain boiling:
Water as needed
3-4 Garlic cloves
4-5 Black pepper
Turmeric a pinch

Masala ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 large Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp Red chili flakes
Salt as per taste
tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander powder
tsp Garam masala
3-4 tbsp Yogurt
2-3 Green chilies
Coriander leaves
Ginger to garnish

Direction: (Banane ka tarika)
Add water in a pan, add turmeric, garlic cloves and black pepper, let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
Skin the foam.
Take out the boiled brain and clean it properly.
Masala Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softer. Add all spices, mix well. Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add yogurt & mix it well, cook for 2 minutes.
Add brain and mix well with the masala.
Now add garam masala, green chilies and mix well.
Add oil about 1-2 tbsp at the end and mix well.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger.
Serve with Naan or Khameeri Roti.
