Bread Chutney Samosa
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green coriander (Chopped) 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger pods 4
Garlic (cloves) 3
Green chilies 4-5
Chaat masala 1 ½ tsp

Ingredients for Samosa Filling:
Oil 4 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Potatoes (boiled & grated) 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Bread slices as required
Potato filling as required
Green chutney as required
Water as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
1. In a glass jar add mint leaves, coriander, cumin seeds, lemon juice, salt, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and chaat masala and blend well into a paste. Your green chutney is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Samosa Filling Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Now add cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add red chili flakes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder, and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Now add mashed potatoes, salt, coriander, and green chilies and cook for 3-4 minutes. Your samosa filling is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take a bread slice and cut it into a round shape. Flatten it with a rolling pin.
6. Cut it into 2 equal parts, make a cone shape and fill it with samosa filling and green chutney.
7. Brush water on the edges and press to combine them.
8. Fry them for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown in color.
9. Your bread chutney samosa is ready. Serve it with ketchup and enjoy.
