Bread Katka | Bread Chaat | Bun Chaat Recipe | बनाये ब्रेड की चटपटी चाट | snacks for kids

"Bread katka" | "Masala Bread" | "Masala pav" | Bread Chaat is a famous Gujarati-Cuisine street food dish of "Jamnagar" , "Rajkot" and "Kutch" city situated in state of "Gujarat" , India.

You can find it on many stalls in jamnagar, rajkot & Kucch

I tested it at many places in Jamnagar and Rajkot and found it very tasty. So here I am presenting "bread katka" (Masala Bread).

Ingredients :
- 3-4 bun bread
- 2 tbsp masala sing (salted Groundnut / Peanuts)
- 1/2 cup sev (Besan gram noodles like Sev)
- Khajur (dates) chutney
- Imli (tamarind) chutney
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
- chopped coriander
- 1 boiled potato
- Coriander

Method :
- Create small square pieces of bun and put into service dish.
- Dip one by one pieces into khajur(dates) and Imli (tamarind) chutney.
- pour all chutneys on bun pieces one bye one.
- Sprinkle boiled potato and peanuts on it.
- Sprinkle tomato and onion over it.
- Sprinkle Sev and Coriander over it.
- Serve it immediately.

- It taste delicious , yummy , mouth watering.
