Ingredients for bread balls:
5-6 Bread slices
1/2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1/2 cup Carrot (shredded)
1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Black pepper
3-4 tbsp Cornstarch
Water as required
Oil (for frying)
Ingredients for gravy:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Green Chilies (sliced)
1 cup Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Chili Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Capsicum cubes
1/2 cup Green Onion
1 tbps Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Sugar

Directions:
In a chopper, chop bread and transfer it into a bowl.
Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, corn starch and water and knead into soft dough. The dough must not be sticky.
Make small balls from dough and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bread balls until light brown and crispy.
In another pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chilies, sauté until golden brown.
Add capsicum, and green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and sugar, let good for 5-6 minutes or until the gravy starts bubbling.
Now that the gravy has thickened, add the fried bread balls, give it a good stir and take it off the flame.
Your tasty and simple bread Manchurian is ready, serve hot.
