Bread Pakora Recipe | Stuffed Aloo Bread Pakora | How to make Bread Pakora Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1. Bread Slices
2. Boiled Potatoes
3. Gram Flour
4. Onions
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Ajowan
7. Chopped Green Chillies
8. Chilli Powder
9. Salt
10. Turmeric Powder
11. Baking Soda
12. Tomato Ketchup

Prepare gram flour batter first. To a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour. Add a pinch of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon crushed ajowan and mix. Add water and mix into a batter of loose consistency.

Let's prepare stuffing now. To a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash/grate them. Add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Chat masala or garam masala could be added. Veggies like capsicum can be added. Spread tomato ketchup on both bread slices. Spread stuffing on one of the bread slices. Cover it with the other slice and press it a little. Cut the stuffed bread into triangles. Dip the bread slice into the prepared gram flour batter and deep fry it. Fry on medium flame. Flip after one side turns light brown. Fry till both sides turn golden brown. Serve hot.
